Alongside my dyslexia assessment services, I offer QbCheck ADHD screening for children and adults in and around Bedfordshire. This evidence-based screening tool provides objective data about attention, activity, and impulse control, comparing an individual’s performance with what would typically be expected for someone of the same age and gender. QbCheck is CE-marked, FDA Cleared, and shares a strong evidence base with QbTest; used within the NHS and positively appraised by NICE.
How QbCheck works
QbCheck is a computer-based attention and activity screening task. Results are considered alongside background information, questionnaires, and professional observations, building a clearer picture of an individual’s needs and guiding decisions about appropriate next steps, including whether to pursue a full ADHD assessment.
Evidence-based screening
QbCheck is well documented and widely used, with the same evidence base as QbTest, and is recognised by NICE and used within the NHS.
Objective measurement
Unlike questionnaires alone, QbCheck provides objective data about attention and activity, reducing reliance on subjective reporting.
Dyslexia-friendly
Language skills and dyslexia do not affect the test. There is also no link between video game experience and results.
